I am a multi-state licensed marriage and family therapist, EMDR trained, certified sex therapy informed professional, and currently in a graduate program for sex therapy. I have been in the mental health field for over 10 years working with teens, adults, and couples to help them heal from the trauma of their past and work towards their desired life.

I graduated with a Masters degree in counseling psychology from Argosy University in 2012. I also hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Philosophy from University of San Diego. I have experience working in community based mental health services, inpatient, outpatient, justice involved settings, group homes, and serving on a community based collaboration with law enforcement to assess mental health crises.
